For 35 years, I've been deep in the trenches of the global Innovation Economy, building billion-dollar brands and launching category-creating products, I've helped shape new growth platforms for both industry titans and the startups gunning for their thrones.
As a Managing Director at PA Consulting, I lead our global work across sports, fitness, wellness, and consumer health sectors, plus our Venture Studio – helping large organizations think and move like lean startups.
My playground spans industries: tech, consumer products, sports, healthcare, biopharma, financial services, and luxury. I've driven innovation at brands like adidas, Sony, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, the NBA, Polo Ralph Lauren, the American Dental Association, State Street Global Advisors, Lululemon, EverybodyFights, Drizly, Wasabi, Oath Pizza, AARP, Hearts On Fire, Groove Networks, Sanofi, PUMA, Spartan Race, Dunkin’ Brands, Brown Brothers Harriman, Nestle, Pvolve, Staples, Post Consumer Brands, Reebok, Velcro Companies, Pure Hockey, Vicarious Surgical and SmartPak Equine. Beyond corporate innovation, I'm deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem. I mentor teams at Techstars Boston, MassChallenge and MIT Entrepreneurship Forum. I serve on the board of DRIVN Coaching, where we're revolutionizing sports technology through SaaS.
